Fallout 4

I dont want to generalize...this game is going to be next generation. I think in feel it'll be a lot different than New Vegas and FO3. Therefore, what new, similar or expanded elements to you want to see in the game?
I'm hoping for combat to feel similar to Far Cry 3, except in the Fallout universe. I hope V.A.T.S. gets refined and is crisper. Factions and a good story, along with rich exploration, a wide array of weapons new and old, robust weapons modifications including scopes, flashlights, and schematic weapon crafting. New and old enemies...exsisting enemies evolved to be more distinct in their behavior and attack patterns and dangers. More violent. To make one truly fear a deathclaw even at a high level. More meaning to light and dark contrasts via use of flashlights to enhance atmosphere.
Just top things that come to mind. Oh...and a massive evolution of perks while still being S.P.E.C.I.A.L.
You?

I would like the ability to upgrade and mod armor, just like you could with weapons. I think you can actually look at what they did with Skyrim and possibly see what they might do with Fallout, especially the crafting stuff. It would be cool to craft your own armor and weapons. I really missed the ability to create some weapons in NV, like the Dart Gun, I loved using that weapon against Super Mutants in FO3.
There are some amazing crafting mods for FO3 and New Vegas.

Not exactly, but in an evolution to less clunky but still stat based. Strictly stat based. I'm talking feel of the gun in your hands...if you know what I mean

Yes, Bethesda, please hand the franchise over the Obsidian and hire them a good QA team. Not your own, because you have a worse track record than Obsidian when it comes to that.
That's pretty much going to be a requirement if you want decent storyline and writing that matches the Fallout universe, because you aren't going to get it from Bethsoft.

Fallout 4 is going to be set in a brand new world environment, using a game engine similar to Skyrim's, possibly for next gen consoles. Considering the success of New Vegas, perhaps Obsidian might be contracted to work on a future title, but in the meantime they are working on South Park: The Stick of Truth for the rest of this year, while Bethesda Game Studios has most likely already commenced work on FO4.

Sorry to break your little hearts but Bethseda is already working on it. Read the forums or the Wiki. And I honestly think given the work its done on Fallout Three, its work with other publishers in the shooter market, that it will have that aspect down. In terms of level design and better stories? Skyrim?
So Not Oblivion with guns, plus what was wrong with oblivion? The Side quests in that game were awesome. Oh and the fact Bethseda oversaw NV's DLC is a no nevermind I take it?
As far as I'm concerned good riddince to Obsedian, let them make south park. Its something fitting to there creative level of new IP making skills anyways. Wonder how many of the above screaming this also Scream BW can never make a bad story?
Minus this I want news on GTA:5.
