Operation Goliath Commendation Pack still MIA

 Hey, I was wondering if anyone knew who I could contact about the Operation Goliath pack that's still missing in action on my end. I got through support once and they creditted the wrong pack, to the wrong system, and then got a bounceback from a support staffer saying there was nothing they could do (Someone who wasn't a rep accustomed with the game I think)

Here's a copy of the ticket correspondence with details so folks know what the deal is.

YOU: Oh wise and venerable tech support guru, I have not recieved a commendation pack for one of the previous Mass Effect 3 multiplayer events that I completed. As is I have completed all of the events but have only received a single commendation pack during this time. I\\'ve had the option turned on to allow EA to track my in-game data, so that should not have been a problem. It wasn't an issue with the most recent operations experience, but I believe Operation Goliath that I did not receive a commendations pack for (Possibly due to the lock-down of commendations due to people exploiting the game). As such I've only received commendations for 2 of 3 I've qualified for. If that could be fixed that would be pretty awesome, thanks.

We granted the Victory and Commendations Packs for Operation Goliath, but it was identified that many people were using an exploit to get multiple packs. To stop the problem we had to suspend the granting of packs immediately. We are currently working on a fix for this issue. We will restart the granting of packs once this issue has been fixed.

Actually, this operation has ended and is no longer valid. This was one of the Weekly Challenges that had a time limit. I know this must be very upsetting as you were very keen to access it. Had there been any way of getting you the Commendation pack for Operation Goliath. I would have certainly done that for you. 

Nevertheless, I am glad to tell you that we do run such Weekly Challenges time regularly and hence you still have a fair chance to win something again. Please visit our EA site to get the latest updates about upcoming weekly challenges.
