No bug, it;s just that there is no post game in ME1. Instead when you defeat the Saren husk and Sovereign is destroyed a second type of save file is created. Look in your Save folder, which is normally C:/Users/[your user name]/Documents/BioWare/Mass Effect/Save. You should see three types of save file in that folder. Some will look like John01_36.MassEffectSave, and these are regular saves that you make during the course of the game. Some will look like John01_AutoSave.MassEffectSave, which is of course the autosave. The third kind will look something like this:
Char_01-52-1-1-3-10-6-2012-123-45.MassEffectSave
and there will be one for each time you beat the Saren husk (so you can get more than one for the same character by loading the autosave and killing the Saren husk again as you've done). It's these character save files that both Mass Effect 1 and Mass Effect 2 import into a new game, or NG+ in the case of Mass Effect 1.
Hope that helps.

so... my choice was to let the council die to destroy the reaper...
i decide to choose captain anderson, so my choice won't be imported? it will be randon the choice in ME2?

All your choices will be imported. The save file is automatically created when the credits roll.

i waited the credits, but it didn't saved after it
the only time it saves is after defeating the saren husk, but nothing happen
no auto save after credits

It is not a normal autosave. It happens without the game telling you or doing anything to indicate that it's happening and it happens before the credits. Actually I think the save takes place immediately after the Saren husk fight because there is just one decision that is not carried forward into ME2 and that is your choice of Anderson or Udina for human council member. Despite this it will not be random choice in ME2 as that game deals with it by a character asking which one you chose in conversation - if you chose Anderson you just need to say Anderson when you're asked. All other ME1 decisions will be carried on from the import.
Anyway, it is a "character save" you're looking for and even though it happens automatically it it not the same thing as an autosave. Look in this location:
C:/Users/[your user name]/Documents/BioWare/Mass Effect/Save
And look for files that appear something like this:
Char_01-52-1-1-3-10-6-2012-123-45.MassEffectSave
That's a file name that I made up but they all look fairly similar. As long as one or more files like that are there, and in fact there should be one for each time you defeat Saren even if you're not playing the whole game and only going from a save in the Citadel, then you have the file that is needed for ME2 or for a New Game + in ME1. You do not need to wait until the end of the credits for anything.
If you're interested the 52 is Shepard's level when Saren was beaten, the next three numbers are service history, personal history and class (I believe 1-1-3 is a war hero colonist infiltrator) and then you can see the next bit is the date the file was created. I don't know what the last two groups of numbers mean.
