I spoke with Dryden and he marks my map. However, it's not there and I can't reach the zone. I've searched the forum and have found many others with the same problem and have tried all of the solutions I can find. I've removed tried the following
1) Checked/unchecked the box in the downloadable content within the game.
2)Remove the add in folder dao_prc_nrx_1 and attempted to re-download
-result: Download just isn't there. It's listed as a possible purchase. Doesn't re-download. I click on purchase and it says I already own it.
3) Edit the addins.xml in the settings folder and setting the state to 0 to reset it.
Nothing works. I paid for this, and it needs to be fixed.

Yup.
Had a nice playthrough
last nite where I finished the whole brecillian forest questline and
then I went to bed with a more than satisfied smile.
Then
today when I log in at camp, the first thing I see is sten standing
there naked with all his wardens keep gear missing. And not only that.
Levi dryden decided to pop into camp aswell begging me to do soldiers
peak and his ancestors all over again like I was never there.
So
I check my map and sure enough. The peak doesn't show. Ok I think. I'll
load a game from where I saved just as I was about to leave brecillian
forest to head for camp the night before. what happened was a bitter
experience for me. The save game DID NOT HELP AT ALL!
Then what.
Levi dryden part 2 did NOT HELP EITHER. The peak is empty when I get
there so theres no way in hell to get the items back.
Ohh and
by the way. Honnleath also started blinking again with a descripyion
telling me a certain golem is ready to be hailed. but thank god Shale
is till good to go. Or I swear I would have done something to someone.

FFS Bioware. Fix your damn DLC. I paid good money for a douche product. And I ain't about to start over. Just yet.
EDIT:
Ok so I just tried talking to shale. And he is bugged anyways it seems.
Talked to him in camp and it bugged me graphics wise and shale need to
be activated with the control rod like you tried when first in
honnleath.
Great work Bioware. Im gonna demand a refund if this won't get fixed. **** if Im' gonna make a new playthrough 50 hours in.
The fix that works miracles. Follow it step by step.

As to the OPs question.
You're experiencing an error that occurs when your system loses connection to the EA server while trying to authenticate the content. It can sometimes be corrected by clearing the download cache, then uncheck the DLC checkbox, "force" load the saved game that's not working. Then save the game to a new save. Exit to the menu. Log out of the EA server (lower left corner), check the box to re-enable the content. Log in to the EA server. Load the new save. This may force the content to reauthenticate with your profile online, which is the only way to correct the problem.

Hi,
Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts.
I am sorry for any inconvenience caused to you thus far but as per your concern, the question you submitted seems to be related to the mechanics of playing the game. Due to the high volume of contacts we receive, Customer Support is only able to assist with issues of a technical nature, such as error messages, game lock-ups, or game crashes. You can reach the main forums web site for EA games at
http://social.bioware.com/forum
From that page you can select the game you have a question about. Other players are often the best resource for game play questions, and chances are good your question has already been mentioned. If not, you can post the question, and should receive answers shortly thereafter.
Also be sure to check the Forums for information posted by other community members. Web searches and published game guides (from bookstores and game stores) may also help you find the information you are looking for.
I am sorry for any disappointed as I could not offer you direct assistance in this matter.
In the meanwhile, should you require any further assistance, please let us know.
We look forward to your reply.
Sincerely,
Roberto

I also received a similar email from Electronic Arts. What's incredibly frustrating is that, when you visit the forums, the very first post stickied at the top of PC Tech Support tells you to contact Electronic Arts for support. Grrr...
Bioware, please fix this!
