I have problem with DAO Ultimate in game issue

when I talk to NPC that trigger premium content mission "Warden's Keep"
the mission wont start.. the NPC didn't dessapear, it still stand right there
and when I look to the map, Warden's Keep icon not exist.. and when I talk to the
NPC again the dialog restart from the beginning of conversation... ''

I've reinstall the game & my computer 4 times but it won't fix the issue..
I've unactivated all anti virus and firewall too..

please help me.. I play the game on Win7 x64
