Since i'm having problems with getting my free DLC for Mass Effect 1 called "Bringing down the Sky", I choose to go into a live chat support provided by Bioware/EA.
And all I get is cut off from the chat?

Can this really be true? Did I just waste my time by waiting in line just to get cut off with no help what so ever?

you: Now here is my problem, as i have read around the net it seems that there is a DLC free for Mass Effect 1, am i correct?
you: The name of the DLC is Bring Down the Sk
yyou: So when I check in the game manu under DLC, there is no option to get the DLC Bring Down the Sky
you: I've also read that you need to registrat your game on your webpage to be allowed to download the DLC
you: however there are no options to do so for Mass Effect 1
