My headcanon is the only comfort I have right now. I like it because it suits me best.
Art should never cause pain but this does and it hurts.
Thanks though.
What if Bioware was preparing something big?

But seriously, if Bioware gives people the LI reunion they'll calm down.
Don't lie to me.
Whether we disagree or agree on certain topics is irrelevant to the fact that you usually have something intelligent behind your arguments. But I just don't get this part about you.....someone with your intellgence KNOWS that a L.I. reunion will not fix anything about the ending whatsoever.....that isn't the reason the ending is terrible.....just like Shepard "dying" isn't the reason the ending is terrible....
The ending is terrible because it makes no ****ING sense lol

Fair enough but if your ever interested look up The Forth Option on ffnet. (I didn't write it if you were wondering)
And I recommend this not just to Taboo, but to anyone who reads this post and likes Shep/Miri

It's the oldest, oldest, oldest trick in the book.
The oldest. When you **** up a narrative and ****** off the audience, you give them a happy ending. No, it won't fix the other issues, but like a marriage you'll be able to overlook the faults because you're happy.
Hollywood does this all the time.
It's simple psychology. Very simple.

And i think the EC will be just what it was said it would be. Bonus scenes and epilogue, nothing more. No playable parts, not even new dialogues to choose from.
Just cinematic scenes to clear things up after Shepard makes his decision (red, blue...) and then epilogues. Just that.

Sorry, I couldn't resist!
But yeah, there's always hope. However, I've rediscovered the awesomeness that is Skyrim and have shifted my focus. If Bioware wants to be silent until it's released, then they can go ahead and keep doing that. But don't expect me to sit on my haunches and wait in anticipation for it every waking day of my life until it's released.
But I'm hoping that, with all this time they are obviously spending on it, we'll get more than what was advertised in that vague message two months ago.

Ill admit it. I want to have a scene where I see Jack with my Shep...Though at this point my Shep is a cripple...so yea..alot of fun there.
I honeslty think that yes people want the option for a happy ending....I also wanted..Reaper Victory..where I had to sit and watch scenes play out of everybody I knew..(maybe even that Shep I rolled) getting harvested...then maybe cut to a scene of the yhag being left alone....

I too have rediscovered the epic amazingness(in G.W.Bush's voice) that is Skyrim.....what a brilliant world. Long has the time been since a videogame came along and made you forget that you were sitting in your living room staring at a tv.....DawnGuard in 2 weeks.....
Still.....I still feel myself scarred from the ending of ME3 and the taint it has left on my most beloved series.....
if EC fails.....I will be all in on Elder Scrolls until Halo 4 comes out....

Even assuming the ending DLC is well made. Extending the existing endings and not adding or changing endings imediatly puts, say, 60% of ending haters off. It wont be perfect, there will still be plot holes, an extra 20-30% off.
I'll wager 15% ef ending haters will be satisfied with EC DLC. That does not tip the scales for pro vs anti ending fans, Bioware are preparing something big,, a shot to their own foot.
