I recently changed my operating system to Windows 7 Pro and installed all 3 ME games and imported my savegame files to ME3 but I can't figure out where to put the files for ME1 and ME2. I've got the games running nice and smoothly but it'd be nice to get the savegame files in so I can have all my progress take affect in each game.

If you upgraded it'll be in the Documents library under BioWare, if you didn't it's in windows.old look for folders called Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, or Mass Effect 3, make sure it's under My Documents just to make sure
