So I havn't been able to complete a purchase from the Mutilplayer store in over a week.  Whenever I get A Specter pack or Premium Pack it times out and only sometimes do I get my items?  I s ther a known bug here?

I do have a list I've started to keep of failed purchases, for whatever good that will do me.

Update Mass Effect 3.

To update:
1. Go to Origin.
2. Go to My Games
3. Right-click Mass Effect 3, then click Check for Update.
4. Wait for a couple of minutes.
5. When done, restart your computer.
