So, I accidentally completed Act 2 before triggering and/or completing Fenris' Act 2 Companion Quest, "A Bitter Pill" ... and I am wondering if this will have any reprecusuions other than the fact that I cannot do Fenris' Act 3 Companion Quest?

Depends on whether you want to keep Fenris in your party at the end. Sometimes loyalty of companions is dependent on having done their personal quests as well as your friendship/rivalry status. It is strange though that "A Bitter Pill" did not trigger. Did you do none of the quests that involved leaving Kirkwall? Or did you never leave Kirkwall with Fenris in the party? If you have not had much use for him up to now then it would hardly seem to matter.

I guess I never left Kirkwall with Fenris in my party, which is strange since I really did use him alot. My character is pro-templar, so Fenris is one of her biggest allies. I just hate that I won't be able to finish his quest line, but I am definitely not going back to Act 2 and losing all my progress. Fenris is maxed out on Friendship, so I hope that keeps him on my team. He shouldn't leave me unless I decide to side with the mages at the end anyway.
