Anyone else having this problem? I keep having to save, exit out to x-box dashboard and reload the game so loot doesn't take forever to show up. Also hampers abilities that suck life or mana out of corpses.

I hope it will be fixed with the upcoming patch for 360.

Its called a memory leak. Its a known problem and honestly it better be fixed if Bioware doesnt want to get hung by the nards.

Definitely noticed this.. especially near the end game I would have to just stand around and wait for loot to show up. Re-starting the game didn't have any effect near the end either.

Yeah I noticed this as well. Sometimes I would have to sit up to a full minute before the loot would appear on the corpse.

Just go back to the dash and reboot the game. Works for me any time I am having a memory leak problem.

Sometimes helpful to turn the box off and turn it back on as well. I have had to clear my xbox cache to solve a problem with crashing in the exact same spot over and over also.

Clearing out the cache works, and most of the times with this loot problem, I just wait until the battle music faded away and walk back and forth from the corpses, then suddenly I see bright flashes everywhere.

I find that if you upload the game onto the console, assuming that you have the space for it, that it takes care of this problem. .......just a thought if you guys haven't tried it yet.

it helps with load times and keeping the game in seq, but yes, you still need to use the disc.

I have the game installed to the harddrive and yet I still have the loot lag. So I'm afraid your fix doesn't really work.

I can confirm this answer, but I always install the game into my HDD for some obvious reasons I won't mention.

Like I said, the method for me was running away from the battle scene and then quickly coming back, seeing the loot appear.

I have been searching for answers to this problem myself. I just don't understand how this game made it to release with THIS MANY problems. This game is like one giant bug. Should have been an advertising disclaimer "If you play this game on PC you are screwed with 7 min loading screens and 3 FPS graphics. Thank you."

Yeah, im getting some major lag when looting, though restarting my pc does help a little bit.

Ironic, that i bought a 1,300$ computer, i7, 12 gb ddr3 ram, and a good graphics card, can run it all on max with no lag, but as soon as i loot....

Having a lot of problem with this as well, especially when I kill someone related to a quest, i'll literally have to just sit there for a couple of minutes and wait for the quest to update.
