I think they foget that they can clear the extraction area when getting overwhelmed with 20 seconds to go. Having used mine earlier in one match, I beg the other players to use theirs.

People who die together leaving you to solo the rest of the round.
People who don't bring medigel.
People who medigel before wave 4.
People who don't bring rockets.
People who waste rockets in non-life threatening situations.
People who die constantly. Especuially far away from the group.
People sporting inferior weapon combinations.(Assault Rifles etc)
People sporting bad weapon combinations (Adept snipers)
People hugging phantoms and banshees.
People going rambo.
People following the infiltrator at the 1234 objective.
People congregation around the pizzaman rather than head out and distract the enemy's fire away from him.
And so on and so on...

Would I be complaining if I were one of them?

That and people with open mics that are playing music - always seemingly crappy.

Firebase dagger being a good example. The middle circle room is a popular camping spot. However it has three entrances(two long corridors by the side and the back entrace to the starting point) and enemies can sneak in from anyone of them. I have seen countless snipers remaining clueless about where they are getting shot/downed from and don't bother to look behind where a hunter/phanthom/pyro,etc could be shooting them at point blank range. They then rage about what the other players are doing.

For me,it's the people that take my kills when I'm a Vorcha and following me around trying to "help" me but they just make my health regen. low because they have no knowledge of the Vorcha.
People whining about killsteals are usually what makes me the absolute maddest of all!
That said, Vorcha is the exception, build sort of relies on kills to keep going.

Players with crappy weapons or weird loadouts incompatible with class role.
Noobs following me and leading mobs straight to me while I'm cloaked and disabling objectives.
Noobs using missile agains one Prime far away which I can take care off.
Using medi-gel when it's not necessary on early waves.
GI/GE who don't use Hunter Mode.
GI not using Cloak to go for Objectives, just hiding in cover close to objective and shooting mobs and asking for support to clear the objective.
SE not using Decoy or putting it in the wrong places.

It's actually someone else's comment(from where I can't remember) but I felt their quote needed to be honored nonetheless for its striking accuracy

It bothers me even more when anyone bothers to revive him when he goes down. If you're not going to help the team, why should the team help you? This is the one and only time I advocate actually NOT helping a teammate. When the teammate is a tool who is more concerned with his score than the team.

At Geth Prime's Stun Cannon.
Sometimes, random Missiles being fired. But situational, because sometimes I laugh rather than being angry/mad.

An idiot with a body and a gun is still an idiot with a body and a gun.
He can help kill enemies, or he can take a bullet for you.
I always ress people, no matter how clueless they may be, because the more people alive; the better your chances. I've ressed noobs multiple times on numerous occassions, even with the only intent of having them act as a distraction for the enemy while I finished them off
