Same thing happen to me. Just logoff and relog back to game. it might fix the problem=]

I'll add you as a friend when I get home, or if someone that can access the multiplayer, can add the people having access trouble, and invite them to a game, or the effected player can try and join the game of a friend, it will bypass the problem...Worked for me after the 1.03 patch, and rebellion DLC.
