Hello everyone!
I recently purchased the retail copy of 'Mass Effect 2' for the Playstation 3. Everything has gone smoothly thus far, I was able to redeem the Cerberus Network code in Game which seemed to have downloaded all associated DLC. The game is also linked to my corresponding EA account (shows up in EA gunclub).
I registered the game on BioWare Social Network using the product label key on the back of the game cover. The game now shows in 'Player Profile' under 'Games registered to Achardus'.
My Query:
Mass Effect 2 - PS3 does not show up in the 'My Games' tab nor does any of my game content (such as the missions, cerberus network etc) show in 'Your registered game content'.
I am hoping to clarify if this is normal? Does this also occur with PC / Xbox 360 users? I only ask this because my copy of Dragon Age 2 - PC shows in the 'My Games' tab as well as all associated 'Registered game content' accross all 3 platforms (xbox 360, playstation 3 and PC).
Is this normal?
Thanks everyone!
Does Mass Effect 2 show in My games / registered game content?

I'm on PC. ME2 does not show up in the 'Your registered game content' section, but all the DLC I downloaded does. When I click 'Register Games' at the top of the same submenu I get a long list of games mostly with 'Click here to register game' next to them except for ME2. Next to that it says 'Click here to remove registration'. Not what you've got, but you have the little 2 under your avvy which I thought that meant it was registered. :-S

Thank you for your reply.
I just spoke to an EA advice support via 'live chat' and he claims that the game should show up "after sometime" in 'My Games' as well relevant DLC in 'Your registered game content' tab. I imagine for PS3 users, this would be the downloadable content that comes with the PS3 verson such as the 'Cerberus Network' and associated dlc.
Please note, the reason why I have the 'logo' under my Profile picture is because I registered the product code on this website, using the product key on the back of the retail box. Now I am a bit concerned because perhaps I should have waited BioWare SocialNetwork to automatically pick up my game copy and register it for me as the EA Advice spokesperson said...damn.
At this stage, I have to wait and hope he was correct...but according to you it doesn't appear to be that way. Any PS3 owners out there who can clarify this?

Hopefully a Bioware spokesperson can clarify this matter for me, I dont think EA advice support can help me with this.
Pretty please Bioware representatives out there, help clear this up for me! I plan on purchasing 'The Arrival' DLC BUT cannot do so unless I know what is suppose to show in 'registered game content' tab, therefore as I'm sure like many others, please clarify.
**UPDATE**
Ok so after reviewing this thread here: http://social.biowar...2/index/5778743
I have come to two conclusions:
1) Mass Effect 2 will not display when you "hover over the 'My Games' tab like Dragon Age does, HOWEVER it does display when you click the 'My Games' tab, here you can register it by entering the Game code or the Product Label key located on the back of the box. You will know if it is registered because it'll now appear as: "Click here to remove registration", furthermore under your avartar when posting you will see the logo there as well as in the 'Player Profiles tab, located under the heading: 'Games Registered to yourusername'
2) Registered game content such as the 'Cerberus Network activation' should appear in the 'Your reigstered game content' tab. Some users have reported that their Cerberus network download appeared here so I wish to know does PS3 gamers have their Cerberus Network atttached as well as all relevant DLC (missions, armors, comic etc...) What can PS3 owners of Mass Effect 2 expect to show up here?
My 'registered game content' for Mass Effect 2 still has not appeared in here.
Thanks!

Ok so I've had a "live chat" with EA Support and the advice person claims to have 'added the DLC, Cerberus Network' to my "registered game content". However, said game content is still not showing up...
Does anyone have a clue? Can PS3 users report what DLC is suppose to show up in the 'registered game content' tab, is it just the 'Cerberus Network' -PS3 or is there more?
Absolutely nothing associated to my copy of Mass Effect 2 show up there.

This honestly needs a Social Bioware representative to clarify...
Does the PS3 version of Mass Effect 2 DLC (such as the Cerberus Network / The Arrival), suppose to show up in 'my registered game content' tab?
Come one Bioware, I know your out there somewhere! Please clarify this to help your user base.

Bioware representatives, EA support are not able to assist in this matter (I've attempted multiple times to contact them via live chat, had the issue escalated and confirmed but was never contacted...)
So my last hope is getting a reply here with this issue. Any PS3 users out there that can clarify what we can expect to see in registered game content if anything at all?
Cheers
