There's like two minutes left on the clock. You got the package, and the landing zone is clear. DO NOT STAND meters away from it, killing things, just because you can.

For the love of God, some of us want to get on with the game and finish it as soon as possible. Don't be a complete tool and keep us there like idiots. Deliver the package and let the game continue.

If the idiot Vorcha that did this on firebase Dagger earlier today is reading it: I was the Turian trying to block your view so you could take the hint. You already were a considerable amount of points ahead of the rest of us (thanks to your krysae I assume), you didn't need to stand there killing stuff to inflate your numbers.

I've never had this happen to me, though I suspected someone would do it eventually. That's why I don't like this objective very much. At least the others aren't as vulnerable to dickery...

I do it if playing a bronze match. Bronze is for xp, not credits. The other difficulties however, I deliver ASAP.

I've never ran into anyone who has deliberately camped on the package to score kills, but now that this thread exists I'm screwed. ;\\

Imo, the whole team should have go near him to draw the aggro and get him killed or force him to drop the package, let him bleed out and make fun of him.

Sadly I was the only one who thought of that. I walked in circles around him while he used somewhat questionable language to describe my life, mother, and sexual orientation. Our other teammates decided that the other side of the map was the place to be.

Krysae is only really a stupid weapon on infiltrators due to the  huge bonus, and only really OP on the GI IF a player can utilise the Gi's skill set with skill.

A vorcha scoring well with a Krysae is probably jsut good at the game, sorry to say.

Nah, I don't think it'll become a popular thing to do. It was a situational thing. We got the package on the perfect area, the enemies spawning in the perfect spots, and the guy had all of us covering the landing zone from both sides. Still, no excuse to keep us holding the place stupidly, but you need the right circumstances to pull it off. Which means that they may try and fail, get killed, and let someone else deliver the thing.

The amount of XP you gain by delaying is miniscule compared to finishing the Mission.

Complete the mission and either do another one, or move on to Silver/Gold.

Deliberately stalling a delivery task is just being a D***.
("Deliberately" is not the same as taking the time to kill one or two people on the WAY to the Landing Zone, or covering yourself on the way)

Nope...haven't played in three weeks now. Don't really miss it either to be honest. I do however grow tired of thread after thread of people pissing and moaning about other players ad nauseam. Thread title could be a little more tactful also. This community can be pretty off putting at times.

If you "don't miss it", what are you doing trolling the forum?

Yeah I know what you mean OP. I has happened to me several times already. The way I deal with it is by not supporting the player till he/she gets the hint.

The last time it happened I had to open my mic (rare thing for me) and tell the guy to drop the package if he just wanted to kill stuff... Of course it didn't work, so we just got in front of him and kept kill everything in front of the player until he drop the package. 

It's sad to see people actually caring more for a meaningless kill count that will means even less if we fail the objective. <_<

ROFLMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO  wow.  That is hilarious.  I'd have been furious if it happened to me, but it didn't.  That's some grade A trolling.  Damn I needed a good laugh.  I just pictured a manguard huddled in a corner with the package like a 4 year old.  ITS MINE!
