I uninstalled the toolset but even before that I can't attack or use spells, the sound it kinda messed up and some dialog options that I already have used have reappeared. I updated but that hasn't done anything, I also noticed that some of my saved games were deleted, what's going on?

You need to try the "fix for strange issues" in the troubleshooting FAQ. Be advised that some saves may be irreversably corrupt.
