Platform: XBOX 360
DLC installed: Both Resurgence and Rebellion
Mass Effect 3 installed to the Hard Drive (both disks)

Using a Vanguard class Human Male (Cerberus Defector)  Phoenix Project
I completely upgrade the Slash and Lash as well as Finesse, upgrading with Melee where possible
Biotic Charge upgraded 4 slots
I add a gear modifier, usualler the beserker pack or hydroloic joints

My style of play is to Biotic Charge into a group, then immediately Heavy Melee
I do this constantly throughout the waves and game.

Sometimes the freeze happens fairly early in the game, sometimes I can get through several waves.  I can't quite pinpoint the exact cause of what does it, but it certainly happens after the Vanguard when immediately going into the Heavy Melee (there is very little delay from charge to whip).  I can tell this because the freeze is showing me pulling out my whips.

It's possible this is happening when I hit a player at the same time as another player, but it has occurred when I have gone after an isolated enemy away from the hoard the rest of the group is fighting.

That's about all the information I can give at the moment, if you have any questions, or can provide insight, please let me know.  I am a software tester for my profession and can test whatever is necessary.

I had the same thing happen to me. It usually happened during my smash animation or heavy melee too.

I've heard of people having issues when using whip attacks (Smash & Heavy Melee) but I have not gotten any freezes or crashes and I use my Ex-Cerb Vanguard almost all the time. The only fix i can think of is that I have the discs installed to my Xbox HDD any other platform Im not sure what to tell you.

If you are playing on XBox try clearing your system cache and installing whichever ME3 disc you use while playing Muliplayer (I have both installed just because I have a 250GB HDD)

If the problem persists I'm not sure what to tell you other than to report the bug and wait for a fix.
