I've been told by EA Help representatives to post about this on the forums, so I hope I can get a response sometime soon. I was unable to get my account updated to recieve the rewards for Operation Stonewall during the window during which the rewards were redeemable. Now it seems that I'm SOL and the EA Live Chat reps are unable to add the rewards to my account. Anyway, I think I should be able to get my rewards for participating in the event and I shouldn't have to jump through hoops (talking to reps over live chat, making forum posts, constantly restarting my client to try and connect to the laggy/buggy/slow in-game store) just to get some in-game items that are rightfully mine.
