I recently re-installed DA2 and wanted to get the high resolution texture package and the Mark of the Assassin.  I have to use a download manager (Download Accelerator Plus) because of some ISP issues but the download just stops and I can't resume, never get beyond 300 or 400 mb, this happens when trying to download both the high res. pack and DLC expansion.  So I've gone to my office to download and can't seem to get beyond a speed of 145 kb/s which is odd for my connection, since I typically cap around 3 mb/s.  I'm just curious if anyone else has had issues with downloading from the Bioware site or if there is something I am not aware of.  I have tried different download managers at home, see if that was the issue but that did not fix the problem.

Well apparently I am having issues with the ISP here at the office as well because I tested other downloads from other websites and have the same slow speed so I guess it is just an SOL kind of day.
