So I was wondering, if I do Priority Ranncoh,  will it make Ex-Cerberus Scientists and The Ardaht-Yakshi Monastary missions disappear?

I have played a few times and in the lasst few playthroughs I did them before I even touched the Priority missions, but now I want to take Tali along to see how the dialouge changes. However, I obviously don't want to miss out on those missions and War Assets.

I have looked around everywhere and nothing has given me a clear answer, if you can help I would really appreciate it.

You can do the entire Rannoch plotline without touching any of the post-coup sidequests without negative benefit.

Hell, I'm pretty sure you can hold up some of the pre-coup sidequests until after Rannoch- Tali has dialogue on the Rachni mission, for instance.

Just for people who are still wondering, You can in fact finish Priority: Rannoch and still keep Ex-Cerberus Scientist as well as the Ardaht-Yakshi Monastery. I just did it myself. So thank you Edolix and Deadly Sniper Goat for giving me the kahunas to actually try it out. I appreciate the non-trolling.

What pre-Coup missions can be postponed until post-Coup with no consequences? I know the Rachni one can be... I imagine the Javik one could be too, but that's a recruitment mission. I imagine that Ash would have some reminiscing if she was brought along though...

Turian Platoons can also be postponed until Thessia. However, the bomb mission (right after Platoons) is timed and will explode if not completed right after Platoons.

Also, in order to unlock the Shroud mission you need to have completed either Platoons (and the bomb right after, unless you want to kill several million Krogan) or the Rachi one.

Pre-coup. So you pretty much want to do this one ASAP. The others (excluding bomb) can all be put off until Thessia.
