It's full of monotonous tasks and has a definite lack of NPC character development. And don't get me started on the glitches. The Six Path of Pain wrote...
Not a fan of Skyrim...How could any RPG fan not like Skyrim?
Anyway, that a very interesting read.

I never really encountered very many glitches in my playthrough, besides the occasional crash...Anyway I agree with you about the character developement, but who really plays Elder Scrolls games for the character.I have DAO for that lol But alot of the quest are "monotonotus" as you say, really is quite a shame.Fooxie wrote...

When I first got into DA last year I was very impressed with a lot of the lore - Justice and Anders was big for me, and that led me to reading about Jennifer and her work on the games. I was really impressed then, and it's cool reading an interview about it now and thinking "Hold on - I've read about this person before! I know who they're talking about!" ^^

Uhm - because it's dull just running around randomly no matter how good the world design is? That's how I've always felt about Bethesda games.

I liked that part about the young fellow's letter about Anders. Kinda heartwarming.

If Skyrim had a VATS-like system, it would be a brilliant game, but Bethesda's insistence on action combat in TES games is a serious drawback.

you can pause the game in Skyrim (use the favorite menu).
I thought Bethesda did a pretty good job on combat this time.

But you still have to select targets in real time. You still have to trigger abilities in real time.suntzuxi wrote...

Honestly, browsing inventory is the one thing I think shouldn't pause combat.

Rest of the interview was cool. I wish she'd have said something about dragon age 3 though.
