So is your baby a Human Noble or a Circle Mage? Or is he the dummied-out Human Commoner origin?

It was a baby gift from the brilliant Mary Kirby.
And thank you for showing it to us, Jennifer.

Lol, I like how she made a stab at Big Bang Theory and geek humor. That show definitely doesn't represent 1% of the "geek" population. That's not even how most of us act...
Sounds like she's gearing up for a big project? Can we take that as a hint DA3 is about to be in full production? *wink* *wink* *nudge*

Awesome
I wonder if anyone has made a 'Champion of Kirkwall' onesie yet.

The Orzammar/Deep Roads section was hands down my favorite part of DA:O - I really loved the horror genre element. My significant other isn't really into video games, but when Hespith started up that chant she stopped what she was doing and came over to watch, and proceeded to be an avid backseat darkspawn-slayer through the rest of the Deep Roads story. She really got into the drama of it as well, and started demanding which dialogue option to pick, haha.

Great interview. The "Hero of Ferelden" onesie is adorable!
And it's awesome that her five-year-old already has knowledge of videogame animation. She must be so proud.

I really need to check the blog more often.
Nice interview, that post about Anders was particularly interesting/meaningful.

Awww!I brought my son home from the hospital in a “Hero of Ferelden” onesie…
It's really high up there for me, too. If she was the main person responsible for the Behlen/Harrowmont choice, then major kudos. My favorite choice in the entire game!Atalanta wrote...

I find it funny that she wants to write for one of those "generic boring fantasy stories written by old white men". I find it hilarious she thinks she even has a shot. That said Renly is gone so I'm not sure why she'd want to write for it.

The anecdote about the gay kid was really sweet. Must have had a profound effect on her (and the others). That's a kind of validation you can never expect, and will probably remember for years to come. But it must also be a reminder going forward, that these characters mean so much to some people, that what you write can change their path in life. I wonder if that sort of thing creates an extra layer of pressure to do well?
If only everybody could have that experience with their work.
