Don't know about Zevran
Zev is really bugged and as far as I know nobody fully been able to fix it. You can patch him on PC to recognise he's still in a relationship with the Warden, but he always acts as if the Warden is dead (and that he won't sleep with Hawke/Isabela because six years on, he's still mourning). There's meant to be a third reaction where he stays loyal to the Warden while referring to him/her as alive, but as far as I know nobody's even found the sound file for that, let alone been able to fix the flags to get it working. IIRC the only reason we know it's there is because somebody found it in the talk table.
Basically they're all loyal barring bugs, albeit not joined at the hip with the Warden.
