You lose the argument when you call somebody who sends you a formal, polite message "kid." It shows immaturity in insults. Also, exploiting a glitch like that one is against the Terms of Service, the thing you agreed to when you made your Origin account. Both of those reports are completely justified.

Not really - the kid was taunting him. The message wasn't 'polite', it was brief and concise. That's not the same thing. If someone tells you that you've been reported for something harmless which most people don't even care about, you don't typically react with "Oh, what a fine chap! Thanks for that! :)".
It's the exploitation of a design flaw, and Priestly, Costa, or Abraham 'might' eventually come out of their shells to let us know if this is something we need to organize another witch hunt against the exploiters for, but they haven't. Frankly I don't see the big deal, but I'm a "Live and let live" kind of guy. Have fun with your pitchforks. :\\
