According to the store and the Calibur 11 website, it says it comes with "Exclusive DLC."
When I finally received my product, and registered my product with Bioware as instructed; no DLC code was generated for me to redeem.
I tried contacting EA support, and after a lot of research and time on hold, it was determined that EA couldn't generate a new code because the DLC was a cooperative effort of Bioware and Calibur 11 and they didn't have the power. I was told to contact Calibur 11 and Bioware.
I tried contacting Calibur 11, but apparently they don't believe in customer service because they have no such service. And as far as I could find this is the only way to contact Bioware.
So, now I'm here hoping that somebody could help me out or that a Mod/Admin sees this and could possibly direct me where to go to resolve this issue.
