Is anyone out there a die hard fan of Dragon Age Origins? Do you dream of being part of it? Well you could shape a mod for
the game. This could be your lucky day. I am currently needing people who are familiar with Scripting, Graphics, Modeling,
Writing, and Beta Testing to help mod this game. Please reply and let me know what you might be able to contribute to in the
areas mentioned above. The main objective of this mod would be to enhance gameplay for the campaign and create a new storyline
for a separate module, not to interfere with the campaign.
Graphics: 1) Retexture and make variants of creatures.
2) Improve the resolution of texture/bumps.
3) Enhance animation and effects.
4) Retexture variants of weapons and armor.
Modler: 1) Create new creatures.
2) Design build/modify rooms, buildings, dungeons.
3) Design new areas to explore.
4) Create new/improved looking armor, weapons, items. etc.
Scripting: 1) Help develop new areas of exploration.
2) Developing tools for the game.
3) Create new shapeshifting abilities. ( not sure if it goes in this area).
Writer: 1) Develope a story/back story for new areas and characters created.
Music/Composer: 1) Create some new themes that are darker for a better feel.
Beta Testers: People who can test the work of the team and offer constructive feedback.

I'm definitely available as a writer. Do you have anything in mind for the world this project will involve?

No specific ideas yet. I will not be going full blast on this project untill mid Jan or Feb. Once I beat the game, and finish some modding I am doing for another one. Feel free to post your ideas here.

By all means.

^ That's the link to the project page where I'm trying to collate all my stuff on this. Most of it's in my head or on my computer at work somewhere, and if there's anything you want me to elaborate on, please say.
As much as I love my own creation, though, I'll write for almost any project.
-The Chronicles of Estra-
Part High Fantasy and Steampunk, part Science Fiction and Cyberpunk, Estra isn't like most fantasy stories -- but of course, such an introduction was inevitable these days. True, the planet has everything you'd expect to find in a fantasy setting -- humans and orcs, elves and dwarves, magic and monsters.
Here, however, humans are the descendants of intergalactic refugees who fled the invasion of Earth by an alien species. Here, orcs are actually humans, genetically altered by magic -- and with actual explanations for why common fictional tropes about their appearance and stereotypes aren't quite subverted.
Here, elves are nothing more than animals, 'creatures of the forest' cranked up to eleven. Here, with the world itself infused with magic and the bodies of all living creatures at least attuned to it in some way, you get to see the true horror of what it's like to have the magic forcibly torn from your body...
...and what science is truly capable of, in the ongoing attempt to create warriors who can stand up to spellcasters.

I'm also available for writing if you don't mind having multiple writers on board.
