I could buy bioware points without issue until a few weeks ago. Now, I get an NU2001 error. What is this?

Oddly, it worked once tonight; I bought some points. But now it is not working again; back to the NU2001 error.

I'm also going through this problem after being able to purchase points since the game launch. Still waiting for a solution on my attempts to talk with EA support.

It feels like there is some secret limit to how much points you can buy.

I got that, but it was fine when I used my PayPal instead of Visa

Well Paypay charges a lot where I am. So it's not my preferred payment method.
Want to get some points for the newly released DLC.

My error is slightly different though:
An error occurred while processing your request. If you canceled your purchase at the third party payment website, this error is expected. Code: NU2010

Now, who should I contact?
Bioware? EA? Origin???
Or are they one and the same?

I don't think anybody can slove the problem. EA is so fool to slove any payment problem. they still use the Digital River, it case many problem since 3-4 years. if you google it ,you ll know.
