You've probably already tried this, but if you are trying to light up the character with a static light, you have to set the "affects character" toggle to true (by default, it's false).

In main campaign character is lighted evenly regard his position in room. When I use static lights he sometimes is either quite brightly or very dark.

What options I need turn on or how place static lights to light character more evenly?
All guides I found shows only how to light a room but not characters...
