i woke up went through the red room, and now Im stuck next to a door that wont open and a computer that wont either?
what do i do? i cant go anywhere, and wilson is knowwhere to be found
problem finding Wilson in first level>?

Woke up and went through the red room? This a Twin Peaks reference? :-)
I'm guessing you mean the room with the red lighting after you meet Jacob. Once you've cleared that room of mechs you leave, turn right and right again and see some stairs on your left that go up one floor. On the landing there's room around the corner to your left with a computer in which plays a video log about Shepard's revival, and on the right is the door to Server Room B and Wilson. If this is where you're stuck then it sounds like you've got some kind of glitch stuffing things up. I guess you need to go back to an earlier save or, bearing in mind the game's hardly begun, starting again from the beginning. If you haven't made a manual save it's possible that there's been an autosave at some point, perhaps before or after meeting Jacob. You could try looking to see if there's an autosave to load up instead.
