I bought a copy of Dragon Age Origins Ultimite Edition just over a year ago. I never got around to installing until now. When I try to enter the promo code on the site to unlock all the dlc it says the code has already been redeemed. I may have bought the game last year but I am opening the box and using everything for the first time now. 

Is there anything that can be done?
