some one please help me!  

Yesterday it seems just normal before I enter a lobby, then I found that no one is ready for quite a long time. I tried select some equipments, but the icon is gray, and I couldn't enter any of the sub menus when push A button(ammo, weapon, gear, armor) I thought it was some network issue, but the gray icon problem still exists so far., and even worse, I cannot search or create a game. when I search a game , the "Communicating..." hint on upper left shows very shortly, not the same as usual too. and the "searching for games.." message box never disppears.

My live tag is hangh and  I never cheat .

And, there is just nothing in my store.

And ,I never get my commendation pack after hard working on promoting 3 classes during that weekend.
