 I have been thinking about it and obviously Tali matures a lot and liara becomes less socially ackward but Ashley becomes more accepting of aliens in me3 in the hospital in one scene if you cheated on her with tali she says Tali is like her little sister as well as other instances garrus kinda changes but it was more in me1 to me2  he kinda goes from hating following the rules that got in the way of his job but mostly following them to saying f*** it I am gonna do it how I want and I will only mention some of the me2 squad like obviously jack and grunt gets more mature as a soldier  there are more but anyone agree with these and you can mention the others and Please mention if you think ash has

I'll recommend you to start using punctuation marks. They help people to understand what are you trying to tell. There is period ".", comma ",", question mark "?" and exclamation mark "!."

Seriously though, I think all ME1 characters have grown up a little.

IMO, Kaidan/Ashley regress. Tali stagnates.

Only really Garrus and Liara progress.
