The trend looks like the Victory Pack also has either a super high chance or a flat out guaranteed Rebellion character. Can anyone report not getting a Rebellion character card in their pack?

You have 8 N7 unlocks, you should be happy with whatever you get.

Not really, I'd happily give them back considering one of the extras was an eagle anyway.

Well, is the Eagle at least getting better with more unlocks?

I'll give it a try (haven't used it since lvl 2). Really I'm just disappointed I haven't got another Crusader (my first N7 unlock) as it's the one I want to level up the most.

I was hoping for Quarian Engineer (want more colour options) and an Eagle (yes, you read that right. It's the last N7 weapon I do not have).

Consumables; a Vorcha Soldier (already unlocked him fully, but just promoted, so ... nice!) and a Hurricane II, iirc I got the Hurricane I way back on Goliath or Raptor and haven't seen it since.

Can't wait to see what I got in my Commendation! hopefully not an Eagle ¬_¬
