I played the two Rebellion classes I had, my Vorcha Soldier and my Ex-Cerberus Adept almost exclusively during the weekend op. I know they both extracted on silver missions with retrievals at least half a dozen times each!

To whom do I complain?

patience they only just started packs out, they usually do victory first as they simply hand them out to everyone

Same here didn't get commendation pack and played gold almost exclusively and played with new characters.

Victory, then commendation. Yay for my upgrade to the Valiant.

this. Victory packs are usually on time. My commendation packs usually take several days/weeks

Same here but it may be that the commendation packs just haven't been awarded completely yet.

Chris stated that they wouldn't all be awarded until the end of Wednesday. If you still don't have it by that time, then contact EA support. That's what I will be doing.

Usually after 5pm pst which is 7pm est for me which is 5 hours away so be patient.

WOW. WHY is this surfacing every god damn time? Victory packs are given to EVERYONE. So those are very easy to distribute. Commendation packs are given to SELECTIVE people who completed the squad goal. So it takes time to look who fulfilled that goal. Seriously people, this stupid topic resurfaces after every weekend -.-
