Krysae nerf: Nothing much, I guess it's more balanced now.
All the buffs: very good indeed.
Hunter mode nerf: heh, not that big of deal, GE still awesome when setting Tech bursts with the Falcon with disruptor ammo 3.

You can't really compare Geth health to Human health. Humans have terrible health and shields. And no I don't have to accept that its overpowered, cutting shields in half is still a pretty big drawback. When your team gets overrun, the engineer can be downed in just a few shots.
Asari also have 500 health and shields. A drell only has half of that. even in hunter mode, you still have higher shields than a drell, and you had an insane amount of damage bonuses (as well as either a 90% damage increase or a turret that autoheals you anyway). The class was overpowered. And to be honest, even if it wasn't, if everyone didn't constantly use them, then they wouldn't bother decreasing the power to equalise the multiplayer in terms of character usage. If it wasn't overpowered in any way, then why is it that everyone used them on harder difficulties?

Would like to see some more help for the female Quarian engineer, mind you.

I only used Geth Infiltrator on gold. Geth Engineer didn't deserve the nerf though.

Do you have any graphics, texture or UI mods? Apparently those are one of the more common causes of duplication.
Nope, I don't use any mods. I believe it is caused by some issue with my notebook's graphic card not being able to render it right, since it is pretty weak compared to a offboard card and it is common to some effects "glitch". Unless there is some way to deactivate the screen effects I will not be able to ever use it, and I sure doubt BW will ever remove the effects, since there was thousands of threads asking to remove the Hunter Mode silly effects and we never got an official response about it.

I really don't understand why they buffed, even if it is slightly, the Talon and the Saber. Both were already very good guns. The Krysae's damage should have stayed the same but the clip size lowered to two and the Reegar nerf is about what I thought it would be, though I still think it should weigh more than the GPS and Graal.
What I can't understand is why Hunter Mode gets a pretty severe nerf while Tactical Cloak does not
Bioware clearly felt that the GI was the character in the class making the infiltrator feel overpowered. If you didn't realize how op the Krysae was, especially on a GI then you should stick to single player.
I don't think you understood what I said. I think the Krysae should have been nerfed more in lowering its clip size from three to two instead of lowering the damage.

Hunter Mode nerf. Why. Christ almighty. Why.
Because they refuse to deal with the real issues: TC's multiplicative bonus of 40% to sniper rifles.
Hint:
It's not because of "TC's multiplicative bonus of 40% to sniper rifles."
It's the power of the Geth classes when using their "get a bonus to Geth weapons" Evolution alongside of Hunter Mode.

As for the Saber... I'm still holding my breath for weight reduction, or ammo cap buff. It was already pretty lethal at its old stats.

I agree with you 100%. The loyal player base is being punished. While the petition/nerf player base will jump ship and trade the game in the first chance they get.

How so? His low shields is perfectly compensated for by the turret which heals all the team within a radius, or beats the hell out of anything that gets too close. he still has a 30% damage bonus (which is the same as a turian), but still has RoF and accuracy bonuses, the ability to track enemies through walls and can further increase his damage if he uses geth weapons, where the damage goes up to 40%.
Still nowhere near useless, and to be honest, he still outmodes the Human and Quarian engineers (whom have skillsets which don't do too well on gold, compared to that of a Geth)

Ok, now explain the far greater popularity of infiltrator + non-geth sniper rifles.

I like the idea of HM with Tactical Cloak - the Geth Hunters get it, why shouldn't we? I agree that the GI is ridiculous in the right hands though. They should have either changed the Tactical Cloak power like you said (or maybe just made it weaker with HM on), or should have given the GI a less effective 3rd power like Cryo Blast or Concussive Shot or something.Atheosis wrote...
I'm mad about the whole thing. Hunter Mode was perfectly blanced on the GE. You don't mess with perfectly balanced powers. Just because they were idiots and gave GI's both Tactical Cloak and Hunter Mode for some unknown reason does not mean they should be nerfing a balanced power on a balanced class as well. The truth is that they should've given GI a different cloak power with less damage and more utility, but they screwed it up and now they are making more of a mess while ham-fistedly trying to fix things.
Nerfing Hunter Mode was probably not the best way to address the issue, but I seriously don't think the changes are going to affect that much. I don't have a GE though, only a GI, so I admit I might not realize how much it would affect the GE.

Yeah, I loved the game before they started nerfing the crap out of everything. I still like the game, but I had no trouble enjoying this game before the nerfs.

Indeed. To claim it is now "useless" is just idiotic.
