Hi All,
Some customers are having a difficult time knowing where/how to track their shipments from the Bioware Store, so I wanted to provide some information to make it a bit easier:
USA/Domestic Orders:
UPS: Tracking numbers start with 1Z. This is for standard and 2-day UPS shipping.
USPS: Tracking numbers start with 9.
Canada Orders:
XPO Canada: Canada Post reference #. Please note, that per our FAQ these shipments cannot be tracked until after they have cleared customs and been picked up by Canada Post for delivery.
Australia:
MSI: Tracking numbers start with 2. Please use: http://parcelone.msi...rknum=XXXXXXXX (Plug your tracking #'s in in place of the X's in the address.)
Great Britain/Ireland:
XPO International: Tracking numbers start with 83X. Please note, that per our FAQ these shipments cannot be tracked until
after they have cleared customs and been picked up by HDNL for
delivery.
EU/All other locations:
USPS/XPO International: No tracking is available for these ship methods, per our FAQ.
USPS Priority International: Tracking numbers start with CJ.
I hope this helps, and if you have any questions, please let me know.
Ms D

For Germany, orders sent with USPS can also be tracked with the same tracking number via DHL's website.

f1r3storm, have you ordered from Germany before? How does it work with customs? Did you have to pay extra? Did you have to pick it up from customs? Any information would be very much appreciated

In Denmark customs can be avoided by selecting XPO as the carrier. I don't know why customs let it pass.
However this only applies to lithos since hoodies etc. will be shipped using USPS First class despite selecting XPO.
According to customer service this has to do with the weight/sizet of the items.

XPO usually passed customs, USPS almost everytime lead to the package landing at customs, thus requiring an extra payment.
Didn't pick it up myself, i just send them a small letter with the printed invoice from the BioWare store once i received a notification by customs and let DHL handle everything else. You're paying DHL when they deliver it.
