Have you changed your chargenmorphcfg.xml file in your documents/bioware/dragon age/packages/core/override directory? It seems you've overwritten More hair chargenmorphcfg.xml with that of Pineapple Tree's Vibrant Colors. You can either fix it manually by opening both files in notepad and adding the missing information from the mods into the chargenmorphcfg.xml in your override folder or use this: http://dragonage.nex...s.com/mods/1715 This fix has been created exactly for making More hair and Pineapple Tree's Vibrant Colors compatible. If you only have those two, I recommend the latter.

Everytime you install further cosmetic mods and such, you have to add the new information into the chargenmorphcfg.xml, otherwise they won't work. I suggest keeping every mod in a separate folder in your override directory, together with their chargenmorphcfg.xml, and using the compiler to put them together into one file.

You responded to an old message thread from three years ago in the Character Creator (standalone) download's forum. 

The game itself can be modded.  The downloaded Character Creator cannot.  Therefore, you are off topic here.
