When banshees teleport through walls it is no longer possible to continue the game.
The game object boundary checking obviously is not able to handle banshee teleportation.
It is almost impossible to complete the santuary mission because of this bug.
After getting off the tram I destroyed two brutes but could not access the tower door.
At that time I had no clue what was wrong. Restarting the mission only repeats the problem or other problems..
I figured out that I was missing the banshees that teleport off into never never land by restarting the mision and doing suicide charges into problem areas so I could determine how to adjust my game play to control the banshee teleportation error.
Any delay entering certain rooms will cause banshees to teleport off into never never land in pursuit of the player.
In another lab where a banshee can be seen through the glass as a decoration the door would damage me when activated. I am not sure where that banshee I was supposed to kill was or why it teleported off into never never land, but restarting the mission revealed I had indeed missed a banshee.
I think the banshees are programed to teteport toward the player but often wind up outside the walls instead.
I do not think it is possible to target and shoot banshees that have moved outside the game area?
