The bones dont SHOW evolution... we see similarities, and possible animals that seem to be mid-human.

Therefore a theory arises. And smaller details fit in

Shepard ends up on earth after bieng shown on on the citadel after a 10k explosion.

So atheory arises and smaller very compelling details fit in.

Technactly you got minos a character. The spectre is there regardless.

We don't know if Shepard can be indoctrinated from short periouds of times through reaper tech. No one in the game did before. So until we get a clear answer wether it's possible you can only speculate, the IT is on a huge question mark, like it or not. And if the person that did Arrival is not canon, you cannot base the IT on Shepard being there.

Shepard DIDNT get indoctrinated by all that reaper tech. Thats not what IT states. you just get reaper influence.

False.. Some people (myself included) would classify the reaper influence as indoctrination. There isn't just indoctrinated and not indoctrinated, there's a scale.

It doesn't say he prevented the indoctrination from entering his mind. He was indoctrinated. Shiala refers to herself as indoctrinated, even though she's perfectly in control (as far as she's aware)

But he did prevent it from entering his mind... he was in full control of his body..... 

I think considering him indoctrinated or not is a matter if perception at this point....

He didn't prevent it from entering his mind. He had to resist it, because it WAS in his mind.

Shiala obvious feels differently about the definition of indoctrinated. She was in full control (to the best of her knowledge), yet she called her self indoctrinated.

The intent of the writers. Also, scientific theory can be used for everything.

Intent of the writers cannot be verified experimentally, unless you're making the prediction that BW will releast content (EC?)  that depends upon IT being true.  That would qualify.

Edited my post. I don't exactly believe that TIM indoc Shep or Anderson, but in a different way. At leat not the way he indoc before. Perhaps he learened another way to control. Like I said, it's only a speculation of mine.

It's also based on evidence. TIM was studying indoctrination tech. This is what Sanctuary was about. Also, the game files refer to indoctrination with the effects used.

Are you trolling? you can analyse genes, compare them, can figure out where those genes fit in , can show where and when they mutated , those are facts, which can be proven.

Speculation based on facts you can see and prove, so its Evolution Theory

Speculation based on things you dont understand , but cant be proven are a Hypothesis.
IT never reached Theory phase and wont reach until EC reveals it or denies it

I meant it was never stated how TIM controlled Shepard. Was it how he controlled his agents? Did he learn a different way to control? Did he control through indoctrination that was implented before?

But many things in IT are known and CAN be proven.

With every symntom of indoctriantion popping up, it's clear it's not a speculation. TIM is using indoctriantion on Shepard. That's a fact.

There only 2 ways to indoctrinate...Repid indoctriantion or attcking and controling the limbic system. TIM did learn a new way to indoctriante, he just learned how to use indoctriantion for himself.
