EDIT: OoooK. When I hit X it sent me back to the main menu. I went back into multiplayer and my Victory Pack popped open automagically.

Buying packs with creditsworks fine, but whenever I buy a pack with real money, or try to open a Victory or Commendation pack, I get an error message that says "you have lost your connection to the Mass Effect 3 server. You must connect again to access online features of the title." this occurred a short time ago when I tried to open my Victory pack. It said "Please wait..." for a long time, then the error message popped up. C'mon guys, fix the damn thing! I reported the problem after Operation Shieldwall and this happened to me when I tried to redeem those packs!

Yeah **** happens to me all the time. Once i had to wait 2 weeks for a spectre pack. if it gets stuck for too long hit up EA tech support and they'll "expedite" things for you.
