I was thinking back on ME2 and thought of a funny idea for one of the ME3 voiceover news things on the Citadel.

"The Everest-class dreadnought Cusco was recently credited with the destruction of two light Reaper ships during the evacuation of the human colony on Watson. This was remarkable in that the kills were made after Cusco's central fire control net was brought down by battle damage. Instead, the shots were taken by the servicemen in charge of the main gun, whose names were given as Chung and Burnside. When asked about the amazing shots, the pair of heroes simply replied that they 'eyeballed it' and 'made damn sure that there was nothing behind our targets'. The two will be accepting awards tomorrow."

ME2 imports the criteria of this event. ME3 doesn't seem to care so it might not import the decision.

If Shepard convinced Rebekah to get the gene therapy for her baby:

A pair of Cerberus soldiers were thwarted during the Cerberus attack on the Citadel when they attempted to capture children for hostages at a daycare. A three-year old toddler, Jacob Petrovsky, managed to escape and lured the two soldiers away. He led them on a goose chase around the lower and upper Wards until C-Sec officers were able to sweep through the Wards and confront the soldiers. The Cerberus soldiers claimed that they were too exhausted to fight and surrendered peacefully. Jacob's mother and uncle proudly proclaimed that "Jake is a special boy. His father would have been proud."

If Shepard let Rebekah choose or did not complete Citadel: A Family Matter in ME1:

A pair of Cerberus soldiers were killed by C-Sec officers during C-Sec's sweep of the Wards following the Cerberus attack on the Citadel. The two had taken refuge in a Wards daycare and attempted to use the toddlers as hostages. When one of the Soldiers attempted to grab Jacob Petrovsky, age 3, the toddler surprised the soldier by biting through the glove. As the two soldiers struggled to dislodge the toddler, C-Sec officers were able to shoot the assisting soldier. When the remaining soldier finally pushed Jacob away, C-Sec officers were able to kill the soldier. Jacob's mother and uncle proudly proclaimed that "Jake is just like his father. He has a fighter's spirit."

(Ignore grammar and spelling. Michelle Archer's insomnia is apparently contagious over the Internet.) ;)
