Yea tell me about it. I even made it clear in the OP multiple times that i'm self aware that this idea is pretty wild, but the goal is just to ask what your reaction would be if it happened. Most people missed that point, so it's my fault that I put too much faith in the BSN to understand.
On a side note, I honestly don't think it'd be such a horrible thing if something like this were to happen. If it were planned by the team since the beginning of the trilogy's development and was executed well, it'd make for an interesting twist. Problem is people are so attached to the characters that'd they be so furiously against the idea. I'll be honest if i was a Liaramancer i'd be like "WTF!?!?! Screw you Bioware!" But eventually i'd probably look back and laugh at the situation, thinking it was pretty good.
At least imo.

Actually no, I didn't come up with it. It was during discussion about how Javik was originally going to be the Catalyst and then someone talked about what if it was someone from ME1 like Liara. I don't really think it's a good idea but i don't think it's an awful idea either. I think people are really overreacting to this.
