The Saber sounds vicious. Sadly I very rarely have the chance to use it.

The Harrier and the Hurricane make very pleasant sounds too. The Harrier reallys make you feel like you are ripping someone apart with bullets. Haven't gotten the Hurricane yet, but I do like following team members around when they are shooting, hehe.

The best lulzy weapon sound is the Geth SMG + Marksman. When it has fired up fully and you add the Marksman with RoF spec... WRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.
