ME2 Revenant and Collector Rifle sounds.

I love the weapon sounds in this game for almost all weapons. Talon in particular is a favorite, although the Disciple's biotic-esque sound is good too.

I love the big cough of the Carnifex. Really all the weapon sounds are great. Like the rattle-y sound of the Phaeston too.

It's a tie between the Geth Plasma Shotgun and the Javelin. Their charging sounds powerful and they hit like a runaway 18 wheeler.

Valiant and Scorpion. But especially the Valiant.

I like the sound of the Eagle. It actually does make a good sound.
The Talon is somewhat satisfying too. Also the Valiant.

And, the sound of the Hornet is nice. The sound of the Hurricane is awful 

EDIT: The Saber, Harrier, and Krysae also sound great.

Saber has a fantastic sound, as does the javelin, claymore.


In contrast the hurricane sounds horrible, the talon although it is a fantastic weapon also sounds painful, the arc pistol sounds awful, and the of course the locust sounds like, well, a locust...

Personally, I like the sci-fi sounding guns the best (with regards to sound).  Thus I like the Disciple, Geth Pulse Rifle, Hornet, Raptor, Arc Pistol, and Krysae.  Unfortunately, most of those guns are underpowered, so I don't use them as much as I want to.

Also, has anyone else noticed that the Valiant plays a different sound if someone else shoots it vs you shooting it?  It sounds much more muffled when someone else uses it, when it give a much more satisfying thunk when you shoot it.

Almost all the guns have a different sound for when you fire them and when someone else fires them.  A really noticable example of this is the harrier.  It's soup on a stick when you fire it, but it's honestly kinda lackluster when you hear it on your teammates.  =(

Saber. I will use it just for the sound. Also, striker sounds good. I recall the first time I was in a match with someone with a striker hearing it spin up and thinking WTF is that?!

This, Carnifex sound is awesome. I dont even know why I carry my Avenger X along with the Carnifex on my quarian engineer. Plus the sound of blowing off heads is satifsfying, especially on Cerberus. God I feel sick for saying that

I agree. I love using both the Valiant and GPS on my Infiltrators, but hate how they sound. When I use the GPS on my Geth, Im too busy shooting targets across the map to care about how it sounds I love how the Claymore sounds. Ive only gotten the Talon in Single Player, but I love how it sounds

Black Widow... But only because I've been using it so much I've forgotten how everything else sounds.

(I'll let you in on a secret though; I started using the Black Widow just for the sound.)
