No Commendation pack

Hello,I have never received my Commendation pack,I always contact the support to add it for me,I never got it automatically for even once,I checked my setting and found the game feedback is "On",but I am still having issues,can anyone please help me ?

They just told me they can't help in it and they redirected it to the concerned department.

I contacted support via chat and they told me that I should contact them in 24 hours for some reason. They could not give me the damn pack.

we are on the same boat.... this will be my 6th time to NOT get the commendation pack....i always contact support. My feedback is on. Im tired of contacting support...

they asked me to wait 12-24 hours for them to get authorization or something to give out packs

Live support is not accessible at the moment...  I've always contacted them for my commendation pack.. TBH I'm sick of doing it every after event..  is it really out?

I have never ever got mine and my data feedback is on,I used to contact them each time but they are just refusing it now :(.

I also have never received the commendation pack automatically, having to contact support every time. And every time I did, the support guy would just add my pack. This time I got the same oxfeces as the people who posted before me. I have heard of improvements in support, but never the opposite. A problem that used to be resolved by the support people in one minute can now not be performed anymore, unless you wait a week after the operation has ended, which is well after the distribution deadline announced in the official channels, as someone already said.

I really really don't know what kind of business move is this, but it really is a terrible one. Worsening the service that was being performed quickly and to satisfaction, there's a new one! This should be a case study in business schools everywhere.

From contact with support and from reading other peoples' experiences... it seems that the support team has an automated tool they can use to grant you your pack. If their system or whatever wasn't updated to include that tool, or if the pack has expired, then they just don't have the ability to give you the pack.

It could be that they just didn't get that option as fast as they used to; or maybe they were instructed to wait so that everyone who could get the pack normally, would get it normally, and they'd deal with less people overall.

I can totally see them getting overwhelmed with all the people that might have gotten their pack without support if they'd waited patiently.

It only takes a couple of minutes to do it, and my wait time has never been above 5 minutes, so I don't think they're overwhelmed.

yeah they also asked me to wait for around 5 mins to check and they replied that they can only give the pack "during" the event.... but since its over they cant give it... im not sure if the support i talked to know anything about how glitchy distribution of com packs are.

support used to give the packs in less than a minute after confirming some info

I also never receive them automatically.

I have to beg for one every time.

As of a couple of hours ago, I still don't have it.

I contacted EA via live chat a day ago.

With all due respect,either that CS agent is giving you bad advice or not being helpful.First of all,those packs are given out after the event,not during it,how can he/she get something important like this wrong?

Secondly,it appears that he/she didn't get the memo from Chris that ALL COMMENDATION PACKS have been given out and that any person who qualified for it but didn't receive it should contact support.

I contacted support a couple of hours ago and the person who served me gave me my commendation pack straight up after checking the system.No mumbo jumbo like what this Mayank told you.

Don't wait for a week like what he/she told you,by then the packs would have already expired and they can't give you even if they wanted to.I have seen others posting their experiences with past ops that they were told by support that it was already too late to claim for the pack as it has already "expired" and they waited for a week too!

same guy gave me the pack just now. it took that long to give me the pack... Eagle 2 ftl

Chris' memo might not have circulated enough through support? anyway at least i got the pack now so i still got all packs since day 1 but needs to contact support everytime...

This is the same CS rep I talked to and I received the exact same response.

UPDATE:  I just contacted support again, got a different person, and he added the pack.  So, if CS couldn't help you the first time try it again after a short while.

He's wrong. I contacted EA support a total of three times. Eventually, a guy gave the pack to me without hesistation. We should not wait as the pack WILL expire.

I asked a CS agent today why the Commendation packs have stopped appearing automatically in my store once the event is through, when I get the Victory pack immediately.

He told me it isn't a problem with my account in particular, and that it is an issue they're working on as several people are experiencing it. Evasive, but a sort of indirect suggestion that this is a problem with the EA Servers. All we can do in the mean time, apparently, is contact them.

I hope they fix this issue with the next update.

I contacted support yesterday and they told me they haven't gotten the pack and thus can't update the pack in my account. It sounded as though they were referring to a physical product...
