Hello!
I just started ME3 to check the Commendation/Victory packs and the game says I have to buy/redeem Online Pass. Same problem as las time on Commendation pack day.
I tried to update the client from Origin, but after that the problem persist.
I thought it was corrected last time. Can I do something to solve the issue or should I wait until a patch or something?

I'm also affected. The DLC seems to be successfully authorized though.

for me, nothing works. except, strangely, the rebellion pack. apparently, no problems authenticating that...

Same thing here. Tried talking to their overseas livechat robot last night, with laughable results. He gave me the standard "reinstall" spiel, and then actually hung up on me when I was in mid-sentence. He (snort) said he was "absolutely sure" that his recommendations would get me up and running. Guess what my status is as of this morning?
This is wholly unacceptable.
Update: Okay, EA's phone support is, like, a billion times better than the chat bots. The phone tech spotted the problem immediately (glitch resulting in some people getting extra packs, which triggered an account lockdown), started working on it, and has sent followup e-mail and promises to call back later today. I am, if not up and running, at least reassured that someone is trying to fix this problem.
This is wholly unacceptable.

So, my case was solved, in an unusual way at least. And it took me almost an hour on the phone with the (friendly and professional) support. Just like wunjilau said, it was a problem with too many commendation packs being distributed. Over 20 in my case.
They were already being marked as deleted exept one but the account was locked down nonetheless.
We had to delete my ME 3 Digital Deluxe Edition License from Origin und add it anew with a code he gave me. Same with the "From Ashes" DLC because those licenses belong together. After all that stress, everything was fine again and I got my (1) commendation pack. With a Valiant IV inside.
I sincerely hope this was a one time error/glitch because I was so worried about my account and all that time and money I have invested in it.

I had to contact EA phone support - who I might add was excellent! They resolved the issue by removing my existing CE and Ashes key and replacing them.
Same strange marks in my account as DemonCrypt. I had somehow received and deleted multiple commendation packs.

This may or may not work for you, but I had this issue a few weeks back. I talked to loads of support staff and they didn't really help, until one guy had a magical solution.
Go into your game details and copy your CD key. Go to the 'Redeem Product Code' option in the cog menu, and enter your CD key again. Worked like a charm for me!

Took me an hour of chatting with two support reps but they were able to fix it in the end. The first rep in all seriousness asked me to use a different web browser to play ME3 which pretty much floored me. The second rep was much more helpful!

Same here. "From Ashes" DLC unauthorized, can't go multiplayer and have to "redeem an online pass". Guess I'll contact the support team.

same problem but all dlcs authorized (from ashes, resurgence, rebellion). juz cant access online feature n multiplayer. Game asks me to redeem online pass.
reinstall the game did the trick for me. nw i can access multiplayer n i got my operation mastiff packs.

Origin Live Chat Support fixed this in some five minutes for me. Seems to be a problem with game serials.
