Well, this is really fun, been in contact with both EA live chat support, and now on the phone with the swedish EA support aswell. And both claim that I've been banned for "Multiplayer exploit" on the 19th... And I have not even been online for 2 weeks...
They will not provide further information, and are not inclined to help me resolve it either. Claiming that it's on the "Bioware team".
And I have the exact same problem like you guys above me. My Online pass (N7 Collector's Edition) is blank in the download column...
It's really nice to see that I, as a LEGAL costumer, are beeing punished for something I have not been doing...
"Redeem/buy online pass" problem, AGAIN!

I have the same Online pass error. And I've got the message from live chat that I was banned for exploiting something. I was not even playing during the last weekend event so that's just impossible for me to exploit those packs. This is so unfair

Yeah, I called EA support...and I was told the same thing. So apparently my notification of being banned from playing a game I bought and paid for with my hard earned money was having to waste my time calling EA support to find out. I got no call, no email, not even an in-game notification. I have filed an "appeal." I sure hope EA/BW resolves this quickly, before I decide to take my money elsewhere. This is BS.
