While account isn't actualy reset, here is what happends : after you login all extra chars are removed, and all standard chars are on lvl1, this occasionally happends after an attempt to purchase premium spectre pack, followed by error message saying youre disconnected from ME server (while there are no internet connection issues on client side) and after you start multiplayer again.
I've had this problem occuring about 5-6 times so far after last patch (1.03) and never before. After it happends, i close the game via Alt-F4, close origin and start all anew.

Having it happened several times i noticed a pattern as after the disconnect it 1st says its unable to authorize any of the dlcs, but still recognizes me as valid user and lets me into multiplayer after which i can see everything nullified. 1st time it happened i thought i was banned for no obvious reason, confusion, anger even rage are insufficient words to describe the feeling.

Having it repeating occasionally i'm here to see has anyone experienced same thing or if this is already known new bug.
