Pretty certain that I was ripped off by the store last night for something like a thousand MS points. A bunch disappeared when a purchase glitched. Figured I would contact EA support. Went to their site and eventually drilled down to a help screen which prompts for a login. Doesn't work on either FF or IE. Nothing happens. Went back to the top level and logged in to Origin account and drilled back down to the same "Help" page. Click the "Contact Us" button and It conveniently "forgets" that I'm logged in, still prompting to login in (even thought the button still doesn't do anything), but the top level page recognizes my Origin account. So...it appears that EA has made it impossible to contact their support people. Now this really pisses me off.

Don't check your points in game, restart your Xbox and check to see your points from dashboard. As much as EA would like they can't seize more than you authorize. All transactions are monitored if all else fails contact Xbox support they can track your points better.

So you're right. Managed to dredge up the Windows live login and it says I still have ~1500 even though the console was saying 0 last night. The inability to contact customer support seems to be getting some traction, though. A lot of complaints about impossible-to-access customer service. I sure miss the old Bioware.

I never have any problem contacting EA directly. (I've talked to EA support a lot when the commendation packs were broken) You must have some settings off on your browser. I use FireFox, Google Chrome and Opera and never have any problems contacting EA support (I usually opt for the live chat option) Check to see if your browser is allowing cookies.
