I dont know if this is possible but I wanted to put the question out there. I would like to know if it is possible to remodel the mage robes with the "Furry" shoulderpads on them to remove said shoulderpads. most especialy from the female models. I personaly think that the shoulderpads detract from the overall look of that armor model on females.
Can anyone teach me how to do this myself or is there a mod out there already that does this?

Ideally you'd have to edit the model and remove the polys on the shoulders:

However, the model export/conversion tools aren't quite at a stage yet where I'd be screwing around with animated models.
In the meantime, if you wanted to try a stop-gap measure you could try and alpha out the offending polys on the shoulders and retexture what's left. Here's a starting point for you:

this would be great - the shoulderpads are just too ugly. If you have any success or find a mod that does this, could you please post it here? :>
